Tokens expired?

Hi,

 

I have been a stardock supporter for many years and own and have played to death many of your great games.

Due to a serious back injury and all the crap related to that, I haven't messed with my stardock account in years.

I was wanting to get Fallen enchantress and its expansion with tokens I had saved up and they are expired?

Can someone tell me if I have any recourse or who to contact?

The token system was terminated a few years ago (when TGN was retired in favor of Impulse), and we've since gotten out of third party game sales entirely (Impulse is now owned by GameStop).

Emails went out to everyone at that time with directions on how to redeem any outstanding tokens. If you missed that, you can email support@stardock.com, but it's hard to say if there will be anything that can be done about it four years later.
