Maximum Activation Limitation (Again)

Hi.

 

I have a purchased Start 8 serial and have reached the maximum activation limit. I had this problem on April 24, 2013 again, I explained the reasons for activating the product son many times, so my problem was solved. But now i have this problem again. I often format my PC, so everytime i have to activate again. That's the only reason.

 

Is there a permanent solution for this problem. Waiting for a reply.
