Maximum Activations (Sins of a Solar Empire)

Hello,

I've submitted a ticket on this issue (XKW-417-77351), but have seen that some others have successfully resolved the same issue through the forum.  I've reinstalled Sins on a new computer, but cannot launch the game because I have reached maximum activations.  Can I get that reset?

The ticket is the right approach to get this resolved.

Unfortunately neither will be seen until tomorrow morning as Stardock is closed for the weekend.

I'm sure this will be resolved as soon as support gets to work and checks this post.
