Portal Folders - How to open them with Total Commander

I have the latest version of fences installed, all updates. Here is an example:

How do I open for example Haircut with another thing then windows explorer? I want to open it with Total Commander.

Now the only question that I have, could I make Total Commander open the folder in a new tab, instead of overwriting the folder that is currently opened?
