Lost Serial Number II

Hello!

 

I have a similar query like this one - https://forums.stardock.com/450237, but there is no solution there unfortunately. 

 

I am migrating to a new hard drive and I installed Fences on it, and when it wants to activate, I have no idea how to do it.

 

I do not have a serial number present, I didn't buy Fences through the website, but rather through the application itself by putting in my credit card details and such. It got working automatically. I do not have an email or anything in stardock, not even an account. I created one, so I can ask about this.

 

I still have Fences installed on my old hard drive. Can I access the serial number from somewhere and copy it to the new one?

If you haven't done so already, please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket. You will receive an auto-reply email with your ticket number.

Do not reply until contacted by a support tech as you will lose your position in the support queue. Post your ticket number in this forum post for easier tracking.
