Bradley R. Waddell a.k.a frogboy here on the forums. The CEO of stardock is the reason for our daily boost to morale. So June 24(his birthday) is now Wardell Day! A galciv holiday for him and all the stardock game developers.

Only for those who celebrate it. It could happen like Thanksgiving where it wasn't a big holiday until the food people decided to make it a holiday that everyone celebrates.

Well, come to think of it, there is a planet Wardell in game, so, it came up from somewhere. Maybe the 5th Mithrilar had something to do with it! :P

IIRC, (but I can't confirm it) the star named "Wardell" was also in the original GalCiv for OS/2 (1993?).

In then Stardock came to be.

Galciv2 changed what 4x were.

But Galciv3 will do even more.

 a bit corny but it's still a good rhyme.
