Name that Old Theme and Owner

I remember an old theme with 'similar' spotlights coming on as mouse-overs for shortcuts....was all about Models, as in Pin-up girls .... I have it somewhere...[emphasis on 'somewhere']...

tough question. most of the graphics (the non-boring stuff) come from an old Enlightenment (*NIX/Linux window manager) default theme (either v12, 12.5 or 13). the graphics were most probably done by Tigert (Tuomas Kusmanen). his website is here: http://tigert.gimp.org/

the non-Enlightenment part (popmenu and tasks) are actually so dull and plain that i´m not even sure if these permission for these is needed.

I just always liked this theme.. .I tried others but wasnt too adaptive....
