Windows 8.1 ISO install

cannot move icons or folders

==========================================

EDIT:  Forgot to put my syspecs in here!

Inspiron 1525

Windows 8.1 64-bit ISO <-- not the preview or upgrade!

2.oo GHz 64-bit Intel Pentium

2.00 GHz RAM

loads of drive space etc, etc.
==========================================

I've been watching an extreme number of issues

concerning not being able to move the icons or

folders upon the installation of Fences.

I need to point out that the newly release version

does NOT fix this on the ISO version of Win 8.1

My version is a clean install of Windows 8.1 ISO,

NOT the preview version and not the upgrade.

Even more important is that just simply installing

the program causes the problem.  I shut down fences

completely so that it would not reload when I restarted

windows... the problem persists.

This occurs with both 2.10 and the 2.12 beta.  The only

solution is to uninstall.  I am running Start8, which was in

no way affected during these procedures.

Thank you.

PS:  About 80% of this website doesn't work properly under

IE 11 on this version of windows... I had to use Chrome  :(

Don't know about your Fences issue.........but I'm running 8.1 with IE 11 and the Wincustomize website runs fine for me. Very snappy but I hate how IE 11 renders the fonts on every web page, not just WC. They are very blurry so I too, have switched back to Chrome. When will Microsoft so something with their font rendering???.........It's pathetic............IE 11 is very fast and a great browser but the 'font bleed' is awful.

I created a support ticket for you which will arrive in your email shortly. Please respond to it with the requested info so we can look into this. The issue you are reporting definitely should not still exist with Fences 2.12.
