[Win 8.1] User Picture is Enabled Despite the Settings having it Disabled

It's only been doing this since Windows 8.1, but when Start8 is used in combination with WindowsBlinds, then the user picture is forcibly enabled for the Start Menu.

I have checked the settings for Start8, and have made sure that the user picture is disabled, but for some reason it is being shown when I have WindowsBlinds installed.

Is there any workaround available, or does this require an actual fix to be working correctly?

The theme I am using from WindowsBlinds is Win8 Metro.

It is working as designed.

If a WB skin is designed with the user picture visible then to hide it would cause problems with alignments.  You can edit the skin itself using SkinStudio to hide the user picture if you wish.

hmm...It never used to do that before, and it was just after Windows 8.1 was released.

The skin also doesn't affect the start menu (at least in a way that makes it different from Start8), and even looked "correct" when the picture wouldn't appear.

How would I go about removing the user picture through Skin Studio?
