No subscription shown after paypal purchase

I have purchased Object desktop and nothing is showing up in my downloads after i log in.

I have confirmation from paypal that this transaction has gone through ok.

Is there some sort of delay in when  can get my software?

Is anyone else having an issue?

Is your PayPal email the same as your Stardock login email?

Perhaps you may just need to transfer the registrations if the emails are different. You can do that here.

If the emails are the same then please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.

I'm having the same issues again, paid by paypal, and in my accounts it says that my OD sub has expired, even though it was only renewed on 28/11/13.  This is about the 3rd time this problem has cropped up, been using the same email addresss ever since I subscribed for OD.

I'm having the same exact problem. It's been since Thursday when I bought it and it said it would only take a day, it's Saturday. Which I'm confused about since it's a digital download. how can it even be a day?

Has this been resolved??? I ask because I may be using paypal when I have the $ saved up in my PP account. (Been doing surveys to make some extra money)

Occasionally some paypal and credit card purchases are held up for a fraud check. This is to protect the purchaser as well as Stardock.

When this happens it is resolved quickly by support during regular working hours.
