Activation Reset Please

Hi,

As the title says I need activation reset please (Start8). I have reached my limit again since I've been having problems with my pc and had to reinstall windows. It's unfortunate that I can't use sig.bin on a newly installed system but then again you guys give fast support. Thanks in advance. Cheers
