Activation Count hit / Query

To whom it may concern:

I have reached my account limit because I consistently reinstall my windows every month or so ... tried to back up the registration (bin file) but no luck could you please reset my account limit and give me a detailed way to backup and restore my activation tokens, I have only used my Start8 On a select number of computers in my household (3) , my email address is

rewrote that wrong have had 3 laptops in past so thats what meant by 3

If you create a system image after installing windows and activating the apps and just re-image the machine, rather than doing a complete reinstall every time, you won't need to reactivate. It should be a lot easier to do as well.

Please do bear in mind that if you are using the same Start8 license on all three machines though, you should purchase separate ones if they are all installed at once as only one concurrent install is permitted per license.

Sorry I did actually mean 3 computers but in the past had a history with laptops this month
