If you are not seeing the support tool .zip file on your desktop, please try the following.
-Press the Windows key and the r key at the same time to bring up the run dialog.
-Paste/type the following into the run dialog: %localappdata%\Temp\
This will open the temporary folder where the logs get placed. Locate a folder called SDSTool. If it exists, zip up this folder and attach it to your email.
