Licences Transfer To New PC

I have 2 licences for Window Blinds 8 & Icon Packager 5 & fences for 1 - One of the PC's is being disposed of - Is it possible to transfer the licenses to a new PC I'm buying? Of course the programs will be removed totally from the old PC before disposal - How would I go about this?

As long as the software is removed that is all you need to do. You could then install on the new PC. There is no actual deactivation method.
