WindowBlinds 8.02 not working on Windows 8.1

Well it worked with Windows 8. I installed Windows 8.1 and then windowblinds again the UI comes up and it seems to work but there are no changes to the theme when I attempt to change one. it reacts as though I changed it. And adds it to the UI but nothing is different. Reboot doesn't help.

If both the above are new OS installs you probably should try uninstalling WindowBlinds, run a clean up program like CCleaner, reboot and then reinstall WindowBinds.

What version of WBs are we talking about by the way, the 30 day free version or paid version?

EDIT: All though the OP is not that old it is not new and I now wonder if they found a fix or not.
