Can't move icons that are not in a fence
If I try to drag an icon that is not inside a fence to a new location on the desktop the icon snaps back to its original position when I stop dragging. How can I move an icon that is not in a fence? Thanks.

This is an issue in Windows 8.1 with the older version of Fences. If you are using 8.1, try updating your version of Fences from here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
I am already running version 2.11.0.610 of Fences. I am running Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Are you saying that I should install the 2.12 beta?
I installed the Fences 2.12 beta and I still cannot move icons that are not in a fence on Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Any other suggestions?
