For better than ten years now, I've been a stardock customer, never once have I opened a ticket, raised a complaint or anything.
When I REALLY need support, what happens? Nothing
36+ hours, ticket ignored. Opened a second one, merged. ZERO response, staff just merged the ticket. ZERO resolution, just 'merged'.
I've half a mind to contact my CC provider and chargeback the most recent purchase (made Sunday) just on principle.
I've been dealing with internet support (providing it) since 2002, and I have to say, if ANY of my customers were treated this way, I'd expect to be fired, in a heartbeat .
