Where is the Undead faction?

I have installed the Undead's DLC but don't see any signs of Undead choice on the starting screen. I can't create undead sovereign, can't choose undead race. Where do they hide?

It could be a silly question for a player, my game is full of mods, but nevertheless, please, explain! I have no time to play, mostly continue modding. I've started modding when the version was 1.3. Now I have to update to 1.4 and undead DLC.

undead dlc is only available in 1.4

And you have to pay 4.99 plus any taxes if there are any for the dlc on steam.

You'll need to look bit harder.

You have to choose undead trait in order for the race to become undead.

 

After that, all sovereigns is created in choose a sovereign screen, just pick create new sovereign or something.. i forgetting cuz i haven't played for like a week now.

Wow! I found them at last! Steam just didn't let me download DLC files. I bought the DLC but didn't receive the files. I was looking for my undead through all hard drives and found none. Yesterday I checked Steam again and finally got the DLC. 

Of course the first question seems stupid now because undead are visible in the game since the first screen. But the final answer tothe question is: "In Steam". Bad experience, I think. I could not guess to check Steam in the near future and remain without DLC.

Sometimes it will take steam awhile to update DLC when purchased. A lot of times to force this download if it didn't start immediately is to do a verify local files. When steam checks to see if the game is up-to-date it will automatically download the DLC you purchased, which is what it sounds like happened.
