[CRASH] Game crashes between turns

Whatever the patch was that loaded on Steam today solved my crash issue. Thanks.

Spoke too soon. I thought it was fixed because I got past it yesterday when I wasn't recording. Today I try to continue recording my YouTube series but it once again crashes at the same point. Very frustrating. And yes, it still crashes when the recording software is closed - I tested that.

Managed to get the game to move one turn past the crash by changing my screen resolution and then it crashed again after that. Not sure why this would work.

I've had the same thing happen a few months back. Derek took a look at my debugg.err and concluded it was a problem with an invalid item in a mod. I uninstalled the mod and the problem was solved. Are you using mods?

Your save is probably doomed though.

No, I'm not using any mods.

Then you may have to wait for 1.5 update to see if that will recover it. They have been successful with other individuals saves...

I'm getting annoyed. I can't finish a game that I'm in right now because it keeps crashing. What the hell? It wasn't doing this last patch..

We hope that this is addressed in 1.5 but it can't hurt to have more data on it.
