[1.4] Bug - Game hangs if you complete the Spell of Making on the same turn as you learn new tech

If you complete researching a new tech on the same turn as you complete the Spell of Making then the game starts to play the Spell of Making victory music but brings you to the new tech research screen. You can't exit from the tech screen.

I noticed this in 1.3 and I've had it again in 1.4.

If you switch to a new tech before ending the turn so that the two do not coincide then the game ends normally.
