Please reset activation

Hi

can you please reset my activation I've hit the limit. I first tried to use it on a new Lenovo laptop but problems with wireless and I sent that back. Now I'm having similar problems with a new Acer S7 that also has an Intel adaptor. Maybe its Windows 8.

Have had a ticket in since Sunday night, getting really tired of being ignored with this. It shouldn't take this long to get something done.
