Dual Monitor Issues

I'm having issues with Start8 on Windows 8.1 with dual monitors, both showing taskbars and the Start8 button on both.  Start8 works fine on the main screen/tasskbar but on the secondary one it does not release the focus when I hover over it without clicking on it.  If I move the mouse over the Start8 button it darkens but if I then move the mouse vertically up (so that it moves off of the Start8 button but not on to other taskbar buttons) then the Start8 button stays dark and I can't then click on any other taskbar button until I go and either click on the Start8 button or hover over the Start8 button and move the cursor off to the right (rather than straight up).  Is there a fix for this?  It becomes quite a pain when passing over the Start8 button to click the normal Windows 8 hotspot to show the default Windows 8 Start Screen as this invariably ends up with the Start8 button keeping the focus and the other taskbar buttons not working.

Thanks

Alan

Unfortunately, so far I have not been able to duplicate this. What version of Start8 are you using?

Thanks for the response.  I'm using Version 1.29.  I also have ModernMix (1.11) and Fences (2.11) installed.  I have the normal Windows Start screen hotspot also enabled.

I've done a bit more playing and it seems a lot more inconsistent after updating to 1.29 this morning.  It use to feel like it happened every time I passed over the Start8 item but in the tests I have just run it was only happening about 1 time in 10.  My test consisted of moving over the Start8 icon on the secondary monitor down to the normal Windows 8 hot spot and then moving vertically to expose the Windows 8 recent applications style menu that appears on the left side of the screen.  I'd then move the mouse off of that and go back to the taskbar and hover over the icons there.  The Start8 icon would invariable keep its darkened look when I moved off of the Windows 8 recent applications list but most times would lose that look when the mouse moved back to one of the other icons on the taskbar (and I could click on the icon to launch the app).  Every now and then it would keep the darkend look though and I'd have to hover back over Start8 before I could activate another taskbar icon.
