Speaking of ribs...

 

Since I start a liquid diet on Oct. 14th, and my birthday is the 16th, my inlaws took me out to dinner tonight for my birthday dinner.   :grin:

 

Needless to say, no dieting tonight.   }:)

 

All you can eat baby back ribs, fall off the bone tender, at Fatz Cafe and I ate 3 full racks.  Man, am I stuffed.    :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I will be on a liquid diet for 3 weeks starting Oct. 14th.  X|
