Serial Number Missing

Hello,
I purchased the Start 8 / Modern Mix Bundle for $7.99. I received a serial number that successfully activated Modern Mix, but the same serial number does not activate Start 8. Can I please have a working serial number to activate Start 8, a program I paid for?

Have you tried logging into your Stardock Account Here : www.stardock.com (top right corner of the page - click login) and enter your Stardock email and password, and it will list all your software you own and include your serial numbers for htose products. You can also download stardock central from there as well once you login.

When activating products you should only need to enter a serial number if you do not already have an account. Otherwise simply enter your account details and it should activate for you.
Sorry for the trouble. It looks like the Start8 purchase did not show up on your account. I have fixed it on your account so you can activate Start8 with just your account credentials as Neil suggested. Do you remember if all 3 products showed up in your cart prior to check out (Bundle/Start8/ModernMix)? Also, does the emailed receipt contain all three products?
I cannot do a thing with my start8 and media mix bundle. im not stupid but, it doesn't recognize my email or password
and I HAVE NEVER found the serial numbers
are they very long and two lines?
ive found them but aren't called serial numbers
I have tied EVERYTHING
I am so frustrated ive had it for 4 days and spent over 20 hours on it
and have nothing
when I try to submit a work ticket I cant retrieve it because of invalid email

I try left clicks right clicks everything
I have never had so much trouble with anything
is there someone out there that can walk me trough this with babysteps
from absolute start to finish
I seem to be close but not really
I would be so very gateful
