[CRASH] [LH 1.3] Repeated crash on end turn

Repeated crash around 216/217 or so, when the end turn button is hit (and onyl when the end turn is hit.) One occasion was a lock up (task manager to shut down) , the others were crashes. Occasionally I get a turn fowards (and get a save) and then one or two turns later it crashes again.
Links (hopefully never used dropbox before...!) to debug.err, the most recent .zip I could locate (which I presume is the right one) and save from near the event.
