Maximum activation.

Welcome. My question is, since my re-install many times a PC, and reached the maximal activation is possible that re-activate it ?

I tried several times to activate start8 and the it gave me the result "maximum activations reached".

Meanwhile it is still not activated, so I have paid for nothing?

Some help please
