Double click desktop fences and icons hide?

Hi, in 64bit Windows 7 I just double click anywhere on my desktop and my icons and fences hide. I double click and it comes back. Its a feature. Is this from fences 2.1 or windows 7? how do I disable it? It happens on my new laptop but not my old. very strange.

It's Fences. You can disable it by turning off quick hide.
