Is it within the policy to issue refunds for customers who didn't realize how frustrating the activation process would be in practice and don't want to deal with it anymore?

 

I realize that $5 is a small amount but I've purchased it over again (on other email accounts) seven times, all for the same machine. And also three Modern Mix purchases too - again - all for just one machine. So, that is over $40. Maybe a partial refund since some of the purchases are months old?

 

I thought if I purchased extra, it would work into my lifestyle of re-installing windows almost every week. But it still hasn't worked out and the purchases have been a poor value for me.
