unable to configure fences.....empty control panel applet

I can create fences on the desktop, but I cant configure fences at all....when I right mouse click the option to "Configure Fences" all I get is an empty window as if the control panel applet is empty or not working....please help, have reinstalled several times to no avail.....

I too have experienced the same problem - an empty control panel window. Went through tech support. Tried many things to no avail. Tech support gave up as they ran out of things to try. Wish there was a solution as I like Fences very much.
