so frustrated, I've been trying for hours.
Manually downloaded. The patch can't find the game. Suggested I reinstall the game so I did. That didn't work.
Used stardock to download the patch. Patch cant find the game. Moved patch to game folder. Patch can't find the game?
This is patchetic, why would I ever by another Stardock game?
The patch on the Stardock Store downloads page is only for fairly recent versions. If you have an older or retail version, you will need to use the full-game installer on the downloads page instead, and reinstall.
why is updating this sooooooo difficult.....Gamestop app, This, and that...why cant it just be click and done
You will not want to use the Gamestop app. Since you have the game registered with us, you can download it from here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
If you installed from the retail disc, the patch that we have will not work for you so you would need to download the full installer.
