where is it?

Hi. I have paid for the Start8 thing and used the trial up which gave me the desktop and start flag, which I want. Now I can't see the start flag, bottom left and have rebooted the computer, made sure it's installed etc. Am flummoxed. Please help.

Go to the Windows 8 start screen and start typing "Start8". When it appears, select it.
Select the option to unlock. You can then enter in your account credentials to unlock.
