Win 95/98/Me Screensavers

Does anyone know how to make the screensaver that came with windows 95/98/me work in Windows Xp

i have goten all the desktop themes to work , Just that the screensaver that came with that theme Dont work.

when i go into the windows\system folder the screensaver file says ( disabled ) can anyon please help. asn i would really like to use the Mystery screensaver as fall approaches. i think its cool sounds fit .

Im not sure bobby.. I have never seen a problem like this before.. Also most of the Windows 95 stuffs should be included in the Windows Xp Cd (if ur talkin about those one that came with when u installed) If u downloaded it, try contacting whoever made it or go to that site and ask them. (And your Screen saver should be inside System32 Folder (i think its 32 or 38 or somethin... C:\Windows\system32)

NO Windows Desktop themes are NOT included with Win XP Pro. Corporate edition... therefore when i upgraded to xp My Win 95/98 original factory Windows Screensavers DO NOt work why ??

has anyone even tried to make them work, has anyone else upgraded from a previous version of windows ?

surley im Not the only One who has ran into this ??

can someone with Screensaver experience look at theres ? and tell me ?

I don't know anything that would help you, but would like to share this..............
When I "upgraded" W2k to XP, I had all sorts of weirdness. Some of it I wasn't even aware of, until I started over with a "clean" install of XP. XP is so different from the other OS's, upgrading and retaining your settings is not a good idea...IMHO
Just something to consider.

it dont matter wether i upgrade or not. i can do eighter. i got like 4 hard drives. with various windows versions .

if i install a fresh copy of Windows Xp Pro. can someone tell me How to Import Win 95/98/ME screensavers to Xp and make them work.

this is SO WEIRD when i type in the word ( M E ) it puts my name in its place what a weird program
