Stardock Support Tickets Unanswered for 4 months (update on July 1st)

Possible Deskscape 8 bugs

I created a ticket [#ILM-417-69470] on 27 February 2013 with the following content:


"Windows 8 Pro, with Media Center Pack, with Fence 2.09 


Problem: when I play a video dream (wmv format), click the right corner of task-bar to show desktop will cause Fence in the desktop to disappear or flick, and will cause the right mouse click on desktop to stop working ( cannot show context menu). However, if I restore any window, the problem disappear.

Note: the problem only occurs when play a video dream; other types of dream such as "rotating earth" will be OK.

On Mar 1st, 2013, I received the following E-mail:

However until now I did not receive any response from the support team. The issue still remains. Can any Stardock employee help to resolve this problem?

Sorry for the delay. I have refreshed the issue in the bug reporting system.

I still did not receive any update and it has been more than 4 months.

 

I think you developers need a kick in the ass. I understand there are some issues/bugs taking time to be resolved; but leaving supporting tickets unanswered for so long, is just plainly rude and unacceptable. You know, this is a paid product.

Sorry for the delay in resolution. I have refreshed the incident again for further review.

After more than 1 week it is still unanswered. Maybe you want me to wait for another 2 months?

I will request a refund if support is unreachable. The mentioned bug has caused me to uninstall the software entirely.
