Icon not display properly in with skin

Hi All,

I have created an application with my own title icon but when I apply skin on the application, Title bar icon change its position and displace at top left so its not properly visible and clip some part from top and left .

I have skin studio 7.1 and is there any settings am missing ?

Please help !!!

check per pixel buttons, system icon, on the list, position. also Uis2 frames, titlebar buttons also at the bottom of the list.
