[0.90] Bug? Abeix gets +crushed, can still attack

I've not had Pull of the Earth spells before since I normally don't play this way (but in this game I'm playing the Scenario, so I don't get to pick my usual Nation and Sovereign traits), so dunno if this existed prior to 0.90, but the 'Pull of the Earth' spell knocks units prone when successfully cast, giving a "+Crushed" text rising from the target and the target will then spend its next turn recovering.  However, against Abeix (the serpent of the chasm thing), I cast Pull of the Earth, see the +Crushed rising, but Abeix is able to attack immediately his (/her?) next turn; they get a "-Crushed" to indicate the end of the effect spell, but that's after they attack.

They may be immune to that particular spell. I know there are few creatures that are. They really should adjust the info displayed to not say crushed...

I've never tried it on Abeix, but when I cast it on mounted units I usually see the +Crushed but the units are still able to act on their next turn.  Are mounted units immune?

Any unit immune to knockdown is immune to this spell.

Same behavior with Gatherer spiders.

The problem is that "+Crushed" shouldn't display over an immune unit, it can be confusing. Well, maybe the first time or two you see it.

Abeix laughs at your attempts to knock him prone. Bring some fire or ice mages to the party, though, and he won't be around long.

Nor -Crushed when the effectless Crush expires (but it does also display -Crushed when the immuned-to effect ceases which makes it even more confusing).
