[0.90] Scenario - Mana shield doesn't appear in your spell list when you finish Moriah's Lost Spell Book quest

It appears that it is NOT an issue

When you succeed the quest Moriah's Lost Spell Book, the text indicates that you've earned 2 spells, Mana Blast and Mana Shield.

Well, Mana Blast indeed appears in your Spell Book after that, but not Mana Shield (too bad cause it seemed deadly interesting according to the description).  X(

I'm guessing you may be looking for it in your tactical spellbook.  Mana Shield is a strategic spell.
