[Mouse][Interface][Bug] Jumpy mouse and undirected movement

Since .85 sometimes my mouse starts to drag a lot slower and rubberbands very slightly. So its very difficult to drag it elsewhere. I'm not sure what causes it, but sometimes loading a saved game repeatedly will not help, sometimes alt-tabbing to the desktop and then back does work. I should have saved the save game, but I forgot or probably had to run off for something.

Also sometimes in different games my stack of units after I click on a place for them to move, if they have movement points left they will continue onto somewhere else I did not click on. Sometimes its the same spot repeated, or a new spot. Then sometimes the stack will try to go back to the same spot they were trying to go to before.
