[0.85 and earlier Bug] Champions portrait refresh

The portraits of champions will only refresh after reloading the game, not after equipting a new item.

Yeah this was also present in .80 for me, it was quiet annoying really. I haven't been able to play yet today but i was hoping that was one thing that would have been fixed :(
