I wanted to Cross reference my id with Stardock customer thingy.. but does that cost you or something?? i heard its useful but i dunno if its free or not.. (i wish it was free

No.. i can't buy the stardock thingys.. i need parent's permission... but i was wondering if i could do that. the option is in Edit Account Menu up there

It's to cross reference the email account you used to purchase Stardock products, with the email account you use here at WC. In case they're not the same.
