No Work

No error message when download and install, but no visible effect on any app screen.  Is it sometimes necessary to uninstall and reinstall, and if so, how do you do this?

Have you configured the software via the configuration utility?

Neil, I really don't know!  The download and installation appeared to succeed no error messages.  But when I pull up the Stardock Central screen, it does no list any downloads for me.  And there is nothing in the settings screen that indicates any configuration of the actual program.  I don't know what to be looking for, which is why I wish Stardock had responded to my query.   Mike
