WB takes 30 mins to load skin

This sounds more to me as if Your comp has a problem, or another program in autostart. What are the specifications of Your system ? I would try to temporary remove all other programs from autostart and then see, if the problem still occurs. If not, You could add the programs again one by one and test, which one does the pain. I don't think, it is WB alone.

i know what you are talking about but could you tell me how to add/remove programs from autostart? thanks
