[BUG][.75]At peace when I quit play, war when I came back.

So I was playing some earlier in the day. Having a good time. I noticed that my relations with Altar and Kraxis had started to sour (the unhappy face). I made a point to send one of my armies towards the Kraxis border should the situation devolve.
Had to get some work done, saved the game.
Came back, loaded my last quicksave and...
Suddenly I'm at work with both Altar and Kraxis. I know for a fact that I wasn't at war with them when I quit playing (since my relationship with those two factions was the last focus of my one-more-turn habit before I quit). Confused, I reloaded the auto-save. I have it set to every turn. At war in that one too. Loaded the previous-auto-save. At war in that one too.
Attached are the three save games in question. I'm not crazy or mis-remembering. I was not at war with them when I quit playing.
