activation code doesnt work

Hello !

I have a licensed SOSE diplomacy , but activation code is not working

it says that my code is wrong format ( http://clip2net.com/s/4T4uFq ) <- picture of the message.

my code is like F7DCF - ***** - ***** - *****

and also on the sticker i have a sipport code 65432048****

Im in Russia

Please answer asap
