[.80][CTD] Crash when inspect city or end turn

If i click to inspect the Gilden defenders in their city the game CTD. This was existing for couple turns.
On the save below, if I end turn it also CTD.
Problems started after the .80 update. But, my game has been acting strange with some other random CTD's and errors so maybe I have a bad update.
