Login on desktop is bugged and causes icon cache deletion

After a lot of attempts, I found out that the login on desktop is the source of some problems (some conflicts, I don't know) that are causing the deletion of the icon cache. The thumbnails of every type of files is deleted (not every time, just sometimes, I can't say exactly how and why). Moreover, sometimes after a desktop login, opening the Windows 8 Start screen, it is "blocked": live Tiles are correctly animated, but the mouse wheel doesn't move the start screen at all. The only possibility to move it again is to go to the desktop, and then back to Windows 8 Start.

I'm pretty sure that this problem doesn't happened in Start8 1.11, while the annoying icon cache deletion was always present, in fact I thought it was a Windows 8 problem. But disabling the login on desktop from Start8, the problem is COMPLETELY SOLVED. So it must be a Start8 bug.
