My Task bar in the desktop has been dragged automatically to the top of the screen ?

When i installed the brickopacks leopard theme for XP it automatically dragged the Homecoming dresses task bar to the top of the screen.Due to the star dock and cursor XP it dragged it up.What can i do to bring it down of the screen?
