FE/LH bribe for war exploit

In my last game, I was second to last in the power rating, and I knew it was just a matter of time before someone declared war on me, so I bribed the 2nd strongest faction to go to war with the strongest.

In about 10 turns or so, both AI's had hacked each other to the point where I had the highest power rating.

It just seemed too easy.

Doesn't seem like an exploit to me, you played the smart underdog and got the two top dogs to go at each others throats and rose victorious over the ashes. If anything clever plays like that should be encouraged.
