Ongr was level 8 in my game (challenging world difficulty).
He spawned on turn 50, exactly one tile from my second city, and proceeded to level it. It was a sad day for Gilden.
Thats okay, Ongr can have a sword that's to high of a level for him.
He can also sit wherever he wants in the movie theater 
Not only will Ongr equip what he wants, but he will take your lunch money too, while moonwalking through the smoldering ruins of your city.
The real question is, who would win in a battle? Ongar or Churck Norris?
Chuck Norris of course. But Ongar wouldn't remember anything anyway.
Some wizards can walk on water, Ongr the Unbound can swim through land.
I hope you like this one! It too me a while, but I'm pretty happy with the play on words. 
Careful. Ongr might punch that!

The sword is no fun with the XP nerf anyway... Now, if Ongr could be recruited in some fashion, that would be cool...
Could be a quest, or if you make him Twisted so we can use the Amethyst Collar 
Noitced this is true for Naddi Arena as well. She's 3 levels below the sword she equips (and she has archer traits to boot)
