Please do not remove the split.
Currently, we get the same total XP for each fight regardless of whether we send one or 10 heroes (I think it's a plain divide, haven't actually tested). This means I can choose to spread the XP around or concentrate it on one hero. I also decide whether I can clear lairs faster with my heroes split up or whether I need to group them together for strength which is in turn a choice of how much production to spend in supporting units.
If there's no split I'm basically forced to send every hero to participate in every fight together if at all possible in order to avoid "losing" XP. A fight that is worth 10 XP gives 20 XP if I send 2 heroes and 40XP if I send 4 heroes. This just eliminates decision making. It's bad enough that quest XP has always been this way (keep forgetting to test quest XP in LH).
If we want faster levels it should come from increased rewards or reduced levelup requirements not by removing the split and the syste"forcing" me to game the system - cause seriously whose not going to religiously collect the free lunches?.
I stand corrected , there are people who would not like the split removed. This is where in needs to be an OPTION in the game setup menu.
Any-how ....there is nothing " forcing " you to game the system. That would be your choise to play that way, if thay got rid of the split exp.
I on the other hand, I have NO choise, I MUST NOT team with heros because thay take to much exp from my Avator, if I split esp with them I
can NEVER beat the game on Challenging or higher, thay out produce me to fast and win because im still trying to get my squad up the ranks to
be of any use. You have a Choise I don't. I can ONLY strip them for loot and take there powers when I find them. I would LOVE to go through the game with HEROS on Challenging or higher but I dont see how.
