Where is the "Unless Mouse velocity is over a set threshold" Setting

I just installed your program this evening.  I'm very impressed.  I have an additional computer with monitors above my regular 3 monitor setup.

I love being able to switch to the other computer as easily as I would switch between monitors on the main computer.  

The only issue I'm running into is that on my main screen I am constantly mousing to the very top of the screen to switch tabs in Chrome (where the tabs are at the very top edge of the screen).  I'm finding that I keep switching to the other computer when I'm just trying to click on another tab on the main screen.

The setting: "Unless Mouse velocity is over a set threshold" sounded like a perfect solution.  I enabled this, but it only appears to prevent the switch if the mouse is moving extremely slowly.  

The name of this setting implies that the threshold is adjustable, and I think this would be a perfect solution, but I'm looked all over your application and am unable to find a way to adjust this threshold.  Can you please direct me to where I can adjust this setting?
